Welcome to The Women’s Group of Northwestern! We appreciate your trust in us as your healthcare providers. To ensure your visit is efficient and effective, please take note of the following important information:

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • Arrival: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete any additional paperwork and provide signatures. If you arrive more than 15 minute lates, your provider may need to reschedule your appointment.

  • What to Bring: Don’t forget to bring your insurance card, valid driver’s license or state ID, and credit card to each appointment.

Parking

At our Downtown Office, paid parking is available in our building, 737 N. Michigan Avenue. The parking entrance is on Chicago Avenue just off of Michigan Avenue. We are able to validate parking tickets for a discount. Please call our office for the current rates.

At our North Shore Office, parking is complimentary in the parking lot of our building.

OB Deposit

All patients are required to pay an OB deposit. The OB deposit is due in full upon receipt of the formalized financial plan, or you may set up a payment plan at the time of receipt of the financial plan. After you deliver, the office will bill your insurance for the physician’s delivery charge.  Whatever amount your insurance does not pay, we will use your deposit to pay off your account and then refund any necessary balance.

Routine Patient Delays

At The Women’s Group of Northwestern, the health and safety of each patient is our top priority. Occasionally, our providers may need to address urgent, time-sensitive, or emergent issues that arise, such as emergency surgeries or unexpected births. While we strive to keep on schedule, if an urgent case requires our attention, our staff will work diligently to accommodate you—whether that means rescheduling your appointment or directing you to another provider in our office. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause, but rest assured that if you have an urgent need, we will prioritize your care.
