Telemedicine at
The Women’s Group of Northwestern

At The Women’s Group of Northwestern, we understand that your time is valuable and that accessing healthcare can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we offer telemedicine services to provide convenient, high-quality care from the comfort of your home. You can join your doctor online through a secure video connection for various appointments, all from the comfort of your home using a webcam-enabled laptop, iPhone, or iPad. We maintain the same quality healthcare experience as in-person appointments, ensuring you receive the care you deserve.

About Telemedicine

Our telemedicine services cover a range of appointments, including:

• Routine follow-up care (e.g., postoperative and postpartum visits, IUD follow-ups)

• Reviewing lab and imaging results (e.g., Bone Density, mammograms, ultrasounds)

• Prescription refills and medication adjustments (including hormone replacement therapy and contraception)

• Counseling visits for preconception care, diet and nutrition, infertility, osteoporosis, and breastfeeding

• Visits for obstetrical patients experiencing cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms

This list is not exhaustive, so if you’re uncertain whether your concerns are suitable for telemedicine, please call us. During your video appointment, your doctor will determine if an in-person visit is necessary at a later date.
