Jessica G. Gelman, MD is a Chicagoland native who studied at the University of Miami in Florida for college and medical school. She returned to Chicago four years ago and recently completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. During her time there, Dr. Gelman was recognized with awards for excellence in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Her special interests include minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, comprehensive prenatal care, contraceptive counseling and management of abnormal pap smears.

Dr. Gelman is married and has a young daughter and two Siberian cats. She Enjoys being outdoors and is an avid water skier.
