Radmila Kirkpatrick, D.O., FACOG, FACOOG, is a board certified, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon dedicated to empowering women at every life stage. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (Suwanee, GA) and completed residency at Ascension St. Francis Hospital, where Midwestern University honored her for exceptional teaching. She also holds a master's certificate in Biomedical Sciences. Following residency, she served as core faculty at Ascension Resurrection and now holds the title of Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Northwestern University.

Dr. Kirkpatrick specializes in robotic and advanced laparoscopic procedures that shorten recovery time and minimize pain. Recognized for her clear communication and holistic, patient-centered philosophy, she integrates the latest evidence-based practices with an unwavering commitment to individualized care. Fluent in Russian, she welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside the operating room, you’ll find her perfecting family-friendly recipes, logging neighborhood miles, or exploring Chicago with her husband and daughter.
